As a member-led organisation, we place great emphasis on collaboration and ensure that it underpins all our efforts. We prioritise addressing the specific needs of our schools. Through our funded projects, working groups, and tailored support, we provide opportunities for schools at every level. In addition, we deliver exclusive discounts and various other opportunities to help our members achieve their goals.
Titan Partnership has established a rich tradition of collaboration and the successful execution of funded projects, not only within the United Kingdom but also across Europe. Our past projects have encompassed a wide array of themes, including equality, diversity, and inclusion, addressing child criminality and exploitation, exploring education technology, and empowering staff and students to unlock their full potential.
The Careers & Skills Group at Titan collaborates to improve career education throughout our network. Titan’s Careers & Skills Manager works closely with schools to create and execute impactful career strategies, aligning them with the Gatsby Benchmarks for optimal success. Additionally, we provide schools with student employability programs and facilitate connections between employers and educational institutions.
Titan brings together organisations from Birmingham and its surrounding regions, facilitating their engagement with schools. We ensure employers remain well-informed about current education legislation, enhance their teams’ ability to work with and deliver to young people, and actively collaborate with them to establish careers and skills opportunities for students.
Our Annual Awards & Charity Dinner recognises the amazing achievements of staff and students from across our membership and celebrates our inspirational network. Nominations for Titan Awards 2024 open in November, with the event taking place on 11th July 2024. All our members receive a FREE ticket to the event with discounted additional tickets.
Our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion group works collaboratively to include ED&I initiatives within our schools. Titan offers our members a monthly ED&I update and organises ED&I student competitions that help to celebrate, educate and inform.
Mental Health & Wellbeing holds paramount significance for us at Titan. We actively guide individuals to access health and wellbeing services while collaborating closely with our Mental Health & Wellbeing leads to create a member conference focused on sharing best practices.
Titan has consistently been a pillar of support for its members in addressing Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE). We facilitate connections with various organisations and initiatives aimed at combatting all aspects of CCE. In response to our CCE group’s request, we are diligently working to organise a CCE Conference to be delivered within this academic year.
Titan consistently offers opportunities to schools, staff, and students within our membership. Additionally, whenever feasible, we strive to provide schools with discounted opportunities.
